Who we are?

ziółkowski_+INNI_architects team of designers and engineers offers wide range of the architectural and construction design, but also interior and furniture design. We cooperate with the best skilled specialists in projects of central heating systems, sewerage systems, plumbing, wiring systems, air conditioning systems, fire protection systems, sanitary expertise, kitchen technology design, estimating, budget planning, quantity and quality inspection, carrying out an inspection and supervising, geodesy, maintenance, archaeological, geotechnical and historical consulting. We are responsible for whole design and construction process.

What we design???

We specialize in contemporary, commercial and residential architecture. We design office, retail and residential buildings, as well as interior design for residential and office use. Because we know that foundation to create good designs is relation between client and architect we preparing free initial concepts, that is useful for clients to choose the right project. This initial phase is crucial for whole design process, because it assures both sides on the path that project should follow in next stages. It benefits of clear ideas that are carried over to the end of design process and finally lead to a project that fully answer the given task. We hope that our clients after presentation of our initial concepts, decide to work with us and criteria that will decide will be quality of architecture strictly connected with effectiveness and economic of our design solutions.

How do we work???

We look for creative inspiration, we do not have ready catalogue of off- the – shelf solutions. We are aware of the specificity of the local market and global influences. I our work we use most advanced CAD software. We use our international experience by implementing the best standards like, British Standards for Office Design and Sustainable Design Guidelines, but most of all we design accordingly with current polish building standards. We know how precious the time is, so each of our project has clearly defined timeframe that is for us determinant of our effectiveness and for a client fixed element of investment process.

Architect/Project Manager

In 2003 graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology. Faculty of Architecture. In 2008 did postgraduate diploma in project management from Dublin Business School. Currently continuing professional education in field of project management in SGH, Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2003 to 2006 was co-founder and general project architect of SET Architekci, architectural studio, that is responsible for successful developments on Warsaw`s market. Since 2006 was a one of project architects in Lafferty Design and Project Management with its office in Dublin. From 2007 started as an architect in world recognized architectural office HKR Architects, where he was part of design team to work on large office and mixed – use developments. Is a founder and general architect of ziółkowski_+INNI _architects.
